Epiduo is a gel combining a retinoid – adapalene (0.1%) with benzoyl peroxide (2.5%). It is indicated for the treatment of acne when comedones, papules and pustules are present.

The World's #1 Topical Rx Acne Brand

EPIDUO gel is a unique fixed-dose combination of two gold-standard acne treatment ingredients, adapalene 0.1% (proven, efficacious, well tolerated, chemically stable, the #1 topical retinoid worldwide) and benzoyl peroxide 2.5% (proven, powerful bactericidal agent, not associated with antibiotic resistance). EPIDUO gel simultaneously targets the multiple pathogenic factors causing acne and is the most complete topical acne medication available. Adapalene and BPO have complementary & synergistic mechanisms of action, which rapidly and significantly reduce the number of acne lesions. In addition, EPIDUO gel is effective on both inflammatory and non-inflammatory acne lesions so that patients benefit from both short-term and long-term efficacy. EPIDUO gel is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe acne when comedones, papules and pustules are present. It can be used in monotherapy, or in combination with an oral antibiotic for more severe cases.
EPIDUO gel is the most tested topical acne medication: > 15 high-standard clinical studies with >5000 patients.

Just before bedtime, wash your face with a gentle, non-soap cleanser, such as Cetaphil® DERMACONTROL™ Oil Control Foam Wash. Gently pat your face dry with a soft towel, don't scrub it

Using a pea-sized amount, apply a thin layer of antibiotic-free Epiduo Gel to your entire face (e.g., forehead, chin, each cheek). Avoid the areas around your eyes and lips.

You may also use a gentle moisturizer on your face afterward, ideally one with SPF protection during the day.

Remember, you won't speed up the process by using more. Epiduo Gel will work best if you use it as directed.
